font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">Umumiy o\u02bbrta ta\u02bclim muassasasining namunaviy odob-axloq qoidalari yangi tahrirdagi O\u02bbzbekiston Respublikasining Konstitutsiyasi, \u201cTa\u02bclim to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201d, \u201cYoshlarga oid davlat siyosati to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201d, \u201cBola huquqlari kafolatlari to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201d, \u201cVoyaga yetmaganlar o\u02bbrtasida nazoratsizlik va huquqbuzarliklarning profilaktikasi to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201d, \u201cBolalarni zo\u02bbravonlikning barcha shakllaridan himoya qilish to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201d, \u201cAxborot erkinligi prinsiplari va kafolatlari to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201d, Qonunlari va O\u02bbzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining \u201c2026-2030-yillarga mo\u02bbljallangan Bolalarni zo\u02bbravonlikning barcha shakllaridan himoya qilish strategiyasini tasdiqlash to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201d, \u201cAholi salomatligi va millat genofondini giyohvandlik va narkojinoyatlardan samarali himoya qilish bo\u02bbyicha kompleks chora-tadbirlar to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201dgi Farmonlari hamda \u201cMa\u02bcnaviy-ma\u02bcrifiy ishlar tizimini tubdan takomillashtirish chora-tadbirlari to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201d, \u201cMaktabgacha va maktab ta\u02bclimi vazirligi hamda uning tizimidagi muassasalar faoliyatini samarali tashkil etish chora-tadbirlari to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201dgi qarorlari, Vazirlar Mahkamasining \u201cUzluksiz ma\u02bcnaviy tarbiya konsepsiyasini tasdiqlash va uni amalga oshirish chora-tadbirlari to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201d va \u201cUmumiy o\u02bbrta ta\u02bclim muassasalarida ma\u02bcnaviy-ma\u02bcrifiy hamda tarbiyaviy ishlar samaradorligini oshirish konsepsiyasini tasdiqlash to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida\u201dgi qarorlari va umume\u02bctirof etilgan ma\u02bcnaviy-axloqiy tamoyillar asosida umumiy o\u02bbrta ta\u02bclim muassasalarining rahbariyati, pedagog va texnik xodimlari hamda o\u02bbquvchilari, ularning ota-onalari yoki boshqa qonuniy vakillari (keyingi o\u02bbrinlarda \u2014 ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilari) uchun ishlab chiqildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4312389010926434\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; Umumiy qoidalar<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">1. Umumiy o\u02bbrta ta\u02bclim muassasalarining takomillashtirilgan namunaviy odob-axloq qoidalari (keyingi o\u02bbrinlarda \u2013 Qoidalar) umumiy o\u02bbrta ta\u02bclim muassasalarining ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilari uchun odob-axloq tamoyillari, xulq-atvor me\u02bcyorlariga qo\u02bbyiladigan talablarni belgilaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">Ushbu Qoidalar umumiy o\u02bbrta ta\u02bclim muassasasida (keyingi o\u02bbrinlarda \u2013 ta\u02bclim muassasalari) ta\u02bclim va tarbiyaning o\u02bbzaro uyg\u02bbunligini ta\u02bcminlash, o\u02bbqituvchi mavqeyining daxlsizligini e\u02bctirof etish, do\u02bbstona va ishchanlik muhitini yaratish, o\u02bbquvchilar tomonidan o\u02bbquv dasturini muvaffaqiyatli o\u02bbzlashtirish, inson va uning huquqlariga hurmatni oshirish, bolalarga nisbatan turli turdagi tazyiq va zo\u02bbravonliklarga qarshi kurashish, odob-axloq va muloqot madaniyatini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">2. Mazkur Qoidalar ta\u02bclim muassasalarida tatbiq etiladi, nodavlat va boshqa turdagi ta\u02bclim muassasasi uchun tavsiyaviy xususiyatga ega.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">3. Qoidalarning maqsadi ta\u02bclim muassasasida sog\u02bblom ijtimoiy-psixologik muhitni shakllantirish, o\u02bbquvchilarga zamon talablari va milliy qadriyatlar asosida ta\u02bclim-tarbiya berish, shaxs va uning huquqlarini hurmat qilish, odob-axloq madaniyati va muloqot qobiliyatini rivojlantirish, yuksak ma\u02bcnaviy-axloqiy fazilatlarini shakllantirish, o\u02bbquvchilar sog\u02bblig\u02bbini saqlash, bolalarga, ta\u02bclim muassasasi xodimlariga nisbatan tazyiq va zo\u02bbravonlik ko\u02bbrinishlarini oldini olish, ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilari xavfsizligini ta\u02bcminlashga imkon beradigan do\u02bbstona ish muhitini yaratish va ta\u02bclim muassasasi mulkini asrab-avaylashdan iborat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">4. Qoidalar ta\u02bclim muassasasi va uning hududida, darsda, tanaffusda, darsdan tashqari mashg\u02bbulotlar paytida, ta\u02bclim va tarbiya bilan bog\u02bbliq tadbirlarda ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilarining o\u02bbzlarini tutishni tartibga soladigan me\u02bcyorlar to\u02bbplami hisoblanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">5. Ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilarining qoidalarga<br \/>\nrioya qilishi<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">6. Ta\u02bclim muassasasida shaffoflik, hamjihatlik, bag\u02bbrikenglik, o\u02bbzaro ishonch, izzat-hurmat, xavfsiz, zo\u02bbravonlik ko\u02bbrinishlaridan holi, do\u02bbstona muhitni yaratish ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilarining o\u02bbzaro munosabatlaridagi muhim shartlardan biri hisoblanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">7. Ta\u02bclim muassasalari har bir o\u02bbquvchiga e\u02bctiborli va odilona munosabatda bo\u02bbladi, ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayonida barcha o\u02bbquvchilarning bilim olishlari uchun teng imkoniyatlarni yaratadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\"><strong>Ta\u02bclim muassasasining ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilari: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayonida vujudga kelgan muammolarni, shu jumladan, intizom bilan bog\u02bbliq muammolarni O\u02bbzbekiston Respublikasi Qonunlari va qonun osti hujjatlariga va ushbu Qoidalarga ko\u02bbra hal etadi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 o\u02bbquvchilarning jismoniy, fiziologik va psixologik rivojlanish darajasi, ularning shaxsiy hayotini hurmat qilish, ota-onalarining (oila) qonuniy manfaatlarini hisobga olish, o\u02bbquvchi haqidagi shaxsiy ma\u02bclumotlar maxfiyligini saqlashga amal qilishi kerak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">8. O\u02bbquvchini o\u02bbquv jarayonida ishtirok etishidan chetlatish, uni o\u02bbz kuchi bilan erishgan imtiyozidan mahrum qilish, asossiz imtiyoz berishga yo\u02bbl qo\u02bbyilmaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">9. Ta\u02bclim muassasasi hududida har bir ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilari hamda tashrif buyuruvchi boshqa fuqarolar shaxsiy mobil aloqa vositalarini ovozsiz holatga keltirishlari, ta\u02bclim muassasalarida ichki imkoniyatlaridan kelib chiqqan holda (maktab foyesi, ma\u02bcnaviyat xonasi, sinf xonalari va boshqa qulflanadigan joylarda) qulfli qutilar tashkil etilishi, ta\u02bclim muassasasining binosiga kirilganda mobil aloqa vositalarini topshirish va dars jarayonlari tugagandan so\u02bbng qabul qilib olish tartibini yo\u02bblga qo\u02bbyish tavsiya etiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">Ta\u02bclim muassasasida pedagog va texnik xodimlar hamda tashrif buyuruvchi boshqa shaxslar tomonidan mobil telefondan foydalanish qoidalariga rioya etilishini maktab rahbariyati, o\u02bbquvchilar tomonidan mobil telefondan foydalanish qoidalariga rioya etilishini barcha pedagoglar, jumladan sinf rahbarlari shaxsan nazorat qiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4312389010926434\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4312389010926434\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">O\u2018qituvchi tomonidan ogohlantirilishiga qaramay dars jarayonida telefondan foydalanish holatlari davom etganda fan o\u2018qituvchisi, sinf rahbari, direktor o\u2018rinbosari, psixolog (inspektor-psixolog) ishtirokida o\u2018quvchining telefoni (smartfon, planshet va boshqa qurilmalar) olib qo\u2018yiladi va holat yuzasidan maktab direktori hamda o\u2018quvchining ota-onasi yoki boshqa qonuniy vakillari ogohlantiriladi.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">Maktabning \u201cOila-mahalla-ta\u2019lim muassasasi\u201d hamkorligi Jamoat kengashi va kuzatuv kengashi a\u2019zolari ishtirokida holat muhokama etilib, tegishli tushuntirishlar olib borilganidan so\u2018ng mobil aloqa vositalari o\u2018quvchining ota-onasi yoki boshqa qonuniy vakillariga qaytarib beriladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Shunday holat o\u2018quv yili davomida bir o\u2018quvchi tomonidan ikki va undan ortiq marotaba takrorlanganda o\u2018quvchining ota-onasi yoki boshqa qonuniy vakillari O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasining Ma\u2019muriy javobgarlik to\u2018g\u2018risidagi kodeksining tegishli moddasi asosida ma\u2019muriy javobgarlikka tortiladi, o\u2018quvchi ichki ishlar organlarining profilaktik ro\u2018yxatiga olinadi<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">10. Ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilari ta\u02bclim muassasasida quyidagilarga amal qilishlari lozim:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 pedagog sha\u02bcni va qadr-qimmatini hurmat qilishlari;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 o\u02bbzaro munosabatlarda yagona jamoa sifatida hurmat, do\u02bbstlik, hamjihatlik, halollik va adolat tamoyillariga rioya etishlari;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 turli xil zo\u02bbravonlik va kamsituvchi (bulling) xatti-harakatlariga yo\u02bbl qo\u02bbymaslik;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 og\u02bbir hayotiy vaziyatga tushib qolgan, ta\u02bclim muassasalariga qatnamayotgan yoki darslarni muntazam ravishda qoldirayotgan, ta\u02bclim jarayonida himoyaga va qo\u02bbllab-quvvatlashga muhtoj bo\u02bblgan bolalarni aniqlash hamda hisobga olish bo\u02bbyicha choralar ko\u02bbrishlari;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 pedagog va o\u02bbquvchilar tasdiqlangan mashg\u02bbulotlar jadvali asosida ishga va darsga o\u02bbz vaqtida kelishlari;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 ta\u02bclim muassasasining hududi va yo\u02bblaklarida tartib bilan yurishlari;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 bir-biri bilan salomlashishlari, bunda, o\u02bbquvchilar pedagoglarga, kichik yoshdagilar katta yoshdagilarga birinchi bo\u02bblib salom berishlari <em>(ushbu holatlarda qo\u02bbl berib so\u02bbrashish istisno bo\u02bblib, yoshi katta shaxslar yoki xotin-qizlar birinchi bo\u02bblib qo\u02bbl uzatganidan keyingina ularga javoban qo\u02bbl uzatishlari tavsiya etiladi)<\/em>;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 pedagog va texnik xodimlardan ish vaqtida kasb etikasi hamda maktabning ustavi bilan tasdiqlangan talablarga ko\u02bbra kiyinishlari;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 kiyimlarning o\u02bbta tor yoki o\u02bbta keng bichimda bo\u02bblmasligi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">\u2014 kiyimlarning toza va dazmollangan bo\u02bblishi.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4312389010926434\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; \n<\/script>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'Times', serif;\">Ta\u02bclim muassasasi ustavida ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayoni ishtirokchilarining mehnat faoliyati davomida kiyinish madaniyatiga bo\u02bblgan talablar aks ettirilmagan bo\u02bblsa, quyidagilar namunaviy talab sifatida tavsiya etiladi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RU\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;
